Reflex Skate Insole FAQs
1. If I have a foot problem, won't molding the insole just make the problem worse? By properly following the instructions, your foot will approximate the neutral position. A neutral foot position will ensure the heated insoles correctly mold to your feet, eliminating problems, not exacerbating existing problems. In addition, because the insoles have just the right amount of rigidity, they will conform to your feet without losing their supportive shape.
2. What is the advantage of heat moldable insoles over regular insoles? No two feet are the same. ReFlex Custom Insoles conform to fit every unique foot perfectly. Competing insoles claim to offer arch support, control and comfort, but whose foot? Generic insoles were not designed for your individual foot! Only Reflex Insoles were designed to mold and adjust to your unique foot.
3. Why do ReFlex INSOLE cost less than traditional custom orthotics? ReFlex costs less than traditional custom orthotics because they use special heat molding technology. This technology allows everyone to get a custom fit without the high cost associated with visiting a health care professional. While the custom insoles will not take the place of a foot care professional for people with severely troubled feet, the unique combination of materials allow ReFlex Custom Insoles to adjust to your individual foot shape.
4. Do I have to heat mold the insoles to use them? You can wear the insoles without molding them. If you require maximum support this may be best. However, heat molding them to your feet will improve the comfort and overall fit.
5. How long will they last? Under normal use conditions our insoles should last at least 1 year
6. Can ReFlex Custom Insoles be heated more than once? Yes. Reflex insoles can be remolded up to 5 times. Reheating them more than 5 times can cause your insoles to lose their supportive, anatomically-correct shape and is not recommended.
7. Can I use them in different footwear? Absolutely. Reflex is available in 3 different thicknesses; Ultra Cushioning, Regular Cushioning, and Slim. No matter what type of insoles you have, there is a ReFlex that is right for you. Visit www.reflexinsoles.com for a complete product listing.
8. What size do they come in? ReFlex Custom Insoles come in wornen’s size 5 (CM 22, UK2.5, EU35.5) through men's 16 (CM35, UKl6, EU51.5). If you are between sizes, choose the next size and trim the toe area of the insoles. To ensure you do not overtrim your insoles place your old insole over the footbed and trace the toe line. Using the tracing as a guide, trim the insoles with scissors. Warning: Only trim the toe end & do not cut them too short! 9. Can I wash my ReFlex Custom Insoles? If your insoles need to be cleaned, hand wash the top layer with soap and water Do not machine wash your insoles. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
