Reflex Skate Insole Fitting Instructions
About Your New Insoles
Your body may need time to adjust to this new level of support. Since most of us are not used to having footwear that properly supports the arch and the heel, the support may feel unusual, but it should not hurt. It is recommended that you break in the fit over a three day period, slowly increasing the time you wear your ReFlex Custom Insoles each day.
This is especially important for people with high arches, whose skin around the arch may be sensitive since most generic insoles do not come into contact with the arch area. If you feel you need an additional adjustment to the fit after three days, repeat steps 1 through 7.
To ensure that you get the most out of your ReFlex Insoles
PLEASE READ THE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLYl Follow instructions and do not overheat your insoles!
IMPORTANT HEALTH WARNING
Diabetics and people with poor circulation or lack of sensation in their feet should consult a health care professional before using this product to ensure appropriate treatment and care.
| 1. Pre-heat the oven on bake to exactly 200°F.
Warning: Do not heat in the microwave. | 
| 2. If possible, remove the original insole from your footwear. | 
| 3. If you need to trim your insoles to fit into your footwear, use your old insole as a guide.
Warning: Only trim the toe end & do not cut them too short! | 
| 4. Place the insoles directly on the oven rack for 2 minutes.
| 
| 5. Immediately put the insoles into your shoes.
(Ensure they are sitting flat in your shoes and the insole hasn't bunched up). | 
| 6. Put your shoes on right away. Make sure your heels are against the
back of the shoes and lace them up. As a guide, when you bend your
knees, your knee cap should be directly over the top of your second
toe. | 
| 7. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed forward for 2 minutes. |
